Chef Bio
From the age of eleven, Glen has been involved in the
restaurant industry assisting his family in their small
catering business. Studying under many chef's
throughout his career, Chef Glen Yutuc has participated
as sous chef at such restaurants as Pasta La Vista and
Coyote Cafe.

Entree Recommended by the Chef
The
Roasted Salmon Salad is light but filling. This
salad is simple yet delicious. The salad
accompanies a 6oz. Salmon that is rubber with lemon
pepper and fresh pasley. It is seared and finished
off in the oven. It accompanies Roma tomatoes,
Romaine, and crispy onions all tossed in our in house
red wine herbal vinaigrette.
