What is an Offer Number?

An offer number is the number on the back of the 5th Avenue Entertainment membership card designated to an individual establishment.

The offer number corresponds to the promotion (offer) provided by the establishment to the card holder when used at the establishment.

Example:  Number 01 on the back of the 5th Avenue Entertainment membership card corresponds to the offer provided by East India Company.  When the membership card is used at East India Company, the member using the membership will receive the offer:

Buy one dinner entree and receive the second dinner entree free 

The restrictions for this offer are: Valid any evening, Excludes Buffet, Up to $10 value

**Once the membership is used at the individual establishment, the number corresponding to the establishment will be marked off and will no longer be usable at that establishment**                                                     

Example: Once the 5th Avenue Entertainment membership is used at East India Company and the offer Buy one dinner entree and receive the second dinner entree free is provided to the membership holder, the number will be marked off and no longer will provide the promotion (offer) to the membership holder.
